We were there in September 20 with 3 motorbikes and had 3 nights. We liked it very much. Great kitchen and breakfast. The service staff is brilliantly friendly and attentive and always in a good mood. Super nice atmosphere. There is always suckling pig at the weekend. Very good Bavarian cuisine. Beer garden. Nice and big rooms. Will be back next year.

The three of us came to the Gasthaus Kampenwand for lunch on a Sunday in late summer. The decisive factor was the convenient location (a few minutes from the motorway) and an above-average Google rating. We sat outside on the beautiful terrace with a view of the Kampenwand, there is plenty of parking space in front of the house and plenty of parasols. The menu is extensive and offers fairly priced dishes from Bavarian and Tyrolean cuisine. Children are welcome - there is a children's menu, crayons and special requests are catered for. Our impressions were: Fast, humorous, friendly and courteous service, hardly any waiting times, extraordinarily good food, freshly and skillfully cooked, well-balanced, wonderful taste. The portion sizes were sufficient for us, especially hungry eaters would probably need additional side dishes or one of the tempting desserts from the menu. The bottom line is a consistently positive résumé - gladly again!

Very good food and portions, but one of the waiters was so wrong it costs one point. The first waiter to abruptly cancel an order and never come back. After a while, someone else came along and was quite confused about the colleague's behavior. Beer garden in a good location and plenty of parking spaces.

Great restaurant and beautiful outdoor area, quiet and pleasant despite the proximity to the main street. Large portions for reasonable prices, everything tastes delicious. Friendly service. We felt very comfortable, gladly again!

We were invited to a wedding party in Aschau and stayed at the Kampenwand inn. The double room No. 15 was very large. The bathroom was very small. Everything was clean and well-kept. The staff were very nice and looked after the well-being of the guests. In the restaurant we ate very tasty and rich.

Great food. Perfect service. Wonderful economy. I can only recommend this great inn. Extremely nice and attentive service. I'm excited. The menu is varied and the food delicious and really lovingly and ingeniously presented. Huge portions for a great price. How was a larger table with several people. Everyone was enthusiastic about the food ... everything was served at the same time ... great cuisine, great cooks. 100 percent recommend. I was not there for the last time ......

The food was delicious and quickly finished at the table, as well as fine beer specialties and selection of drinks is great. The service was once again very friendly. Although we are guests in Bernau, we remembered well the last visit to the inn Kampenwand in beautiful Aschau. Many greetings from Meißenheim, Baden

Older rooms, nice food in their restaurant, good breakfast.

The one bed room is slightly above basic, very clean and nice. There is a small TV. No safe in the room but this doesn't concern me now. You can (and should) eat at the restaurant, the schnitzel is really good (7.9 Eur). Waitresses are nice and polite.

Dinner was nice

Rooms not cozy at all. No effort in maintenance. Very basic breakfast with everything from Edeka "gut und gunstig"... better stay in a private house. Will never go back
